My Experience: Stopped in to get a to-go order for the family. The staff was quick and engaged although while having a beer and waiting I did have to listen to them gossip about stuff I did not care to hear about. Actually, it was one employee who was spouting off and I am sure the other staff members did not want to hear it either. A little management courage to tell the guy to zip it would go a long way for staff and customer morale.

My Experience: The reality is this is the only doughnut shop in the area so, unlike most other retailers here, they have a captive audience which includes my six year old and me. Four or five executive types stood and watched while I stood in line for 20 minutes to buy 400 calories I do not need. I suggested to one that they put their “aces in their places” to speed up the line and she just gave me a nervous laugh. This place just opened and they were letting the inmates run they asylum. The new staff did the best they could but they were too new to handle the volume of opening Saturday and a story being in the AZ Republic today. Give yourself some extra time.

My Experience:Overall it was good. Nothing really spectacular except the patio view. Server was a nice all american girl. Lobster Bisque and Margarita Pizza I would get again. It came out quick. We did sit for about 5 minutes before anyone helped us out on the patio.

My Experience: Hip cool place on the south side of town with great food like their sister location in Cherry Creek, ‘Little Ollie’s.” Get the shrimp tempura. Great prices too.

My Experience: Why do I feel like earl’s is Hooter’s for those who make more than $80,000 a year? Old rock music and bad food with a bunch of old men pawing at young female servers. But, I must say, based on my service criteria they nailed it this time. Good thing food is not in consideration and given the service staff the male bartenders work with you would think they would smile more. My cocktail server was nice and engaged though and the beer was cold. I heard the founder of Hooter’s once said, “Cold beer and good looking women never go out of style.”
