My Experience: Gog food. All though, I would have got pool shock but they only sell it in $20 boxes and I will use three $3 bags over the next six months. Cashier said hi, thanks and bye.

My Experience: Obviously I see value in the self check out since I needed two bags of ice and a six pack and was right in the middle of Safeway, Albertsons and Walmart. I wanted in and out and percieve Albertsons as cheaper than Safeway and I could have got stuck in Walmart in a big line.

My Experience: In early on a Sunday morning. A team of executive types were doing an inspection and I must have passed them three or four times and they never once glanced my way. In fact, two walked in as I was getting my cart and the greeter at the front door said hello to them but they barely acknowledged the older gentleman who was so friendly at 7am. Their sales and stock price is up, maybe they think they made this happen and not the economy at large. It is funny to me how business’ act when they are hungry vs. when they are not. It is like the final drive in a football game when the team with the ball is down by 3. All of the sudden it’s easy to cover 40 yards in two plays. I wonder if these guys would have said hello to me or their own employee a year ago when Walmart was in the dumps relatively speaking. Deli person and cashier were on task and friendly. The high paid execs prevented this from being perfect.

My Experience: Stopped in for diapers and a loaf of bread. Used the self-check out but at least the cashier monitoring the area looked me in the eye and said thank you. The reality is I went here over Target in the same center, even though the diapers would be cheaper at Target, because I knew the self check out would be faster and I was rushing home for dinner. One could easily get stuck in a 10 minute line at Target.

My Experience: Well one thing I am learning is that I do shop rental cars by price because I keep coming back to Enterprise for more. This time I started to leave in my can when they realized my vehicle had expired tags…from June!

My Experience: Polished experience as it should be from this brand. Charging for internet is a cheap-shot in this day and age. I wonder what the time spent online vs. watching TV is for business travelers…?

My Experience: A very good experience as expected from this place. Bringing kids in is some-what foreign to them though. I asked to leave my sleeping baby in a stroller in place of a chair and the hostess acted like I insulted her mother. She then proceeded to attempt to bring me up some stairs with the stroller. I don’t think she realized nobody wanted this kid awake and making noise less than me. All though I rarely eat here anymore, the food and service was on point as effortless as always. Still the most consistent restaurant around.

My Experience: This one on Frank Lloyd Wright near AJ’s is always slower than others in the area and today was the same. I ordered two lattes, one grande, one venti and got the grande one but then waited a few minutes while the three people behind me got their drinks, then my venti showed up. I wonder if they have secret auditors go in and time the thru-line. It would be easy enough to do with a digital watch and a fake cross-word in hand. I know from experience this one is half as fast as the others around here. Another “have a nice day” and no “thank you.” They just shut 600 units, you would think they could squeeze one out for my eight bucks, I have a coffee maker and milk frother at home and $8 is a month’s worth of coffee from Costco. I also came from my gym which has a Coffee Plantation in the parking lot and was heading to get my dry cleaning which is next to a Coffee Bean.

My Experience: Four sets of parents shredded the kids cleat area where shoes are offered for 20 minutes while the staff screwed around at the front door. I went up front and asked if they could order a certain Adidas cleat in a youth 2 for my child and the customer service rep said they do not make a youth 2. Yea, right. They make a 1, 1.5, 2.5 and up but the skipped 2.
